Sean Buffen has been named player of the year. " Sean was chosen player of the year because of the reasons that most dominate players are chosen. He is a leader on and off the floor. He plays great defense. He a great consistent scorer. As a leader, he works hard in practice, he watches films, and he knows everybody's position. He motivates by examples. He won't let his teammates down. Secondly, he plays aggressive in your face defense. He hustles on the defensive side of the ball just as much as he does on the offensive end of the ball. He studies defenses. He knows where everyone is suppose to be and he knows how to play every defensive position. Finally, as an offensive threat. He can shoot the three. He is a 90 % free throw shooter. He finishes more "and one" than any player out there. He has a high basketball " IQ". He is like another " coach" on the floor."
