The Pirates now possess a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stone for a 4A Region 8 battle on Saturday, January 7. Pass Christian will confront a Tomcats team coming off a 50-42 league loss to Moss Point (Moss Point, MS). The Tomcats record now stands at 3-15.
The Tigers (9-10) will now prepare for their battle against Greene County (Leakesville, MS). The Wildcats come into the 4A Region 8 battle with a 10-8 record. In their last battle, Greene County beat Lamar Christian (Purvis, MS), 38-34, in a non-league battle.
