January 3, 2023: Reading, PA 19611 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Berks Catholic Saints (Reading, PA) and the visiting Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA), saw Berks Catholic's basketball squad wallop Pottsville by a tally of 70-35.
With the victory, Berks Catholic improves its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Saints host Daniel Boone (Birdsboro, PA) to play the Blazers in a Berks County 1 challenge on Thursday, January 5. The Blazers come into the challenge with a record of 3-4.
Next up, the Crimson Tide play the Panther Valley Panthers (Lansford, PA) in a Schuylkill County 1 challenge, on Thursday, January 5. Pottsville will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record.
