Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Springport Spartans (Springport, MI) and the host Concord Yellowjackets (Concord, MI), saw Springport's basketball squad wallop Concord by a tally of 69-36.

With the victory, Springport improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Spartans host Homer (Homer, MI) to confront the Trojans in a Big 8 challenge on Friday, January 6. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 4-2.

Next up, the Yellowjackets confront the Reading Rangers (Reading, MI) in a Big 8 challenge, on Friday, January 6. Concord will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record.
