January 3, 2025: Charlotte, NC 28262 Chambers Cougars (Charlotte, NC) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Harding University Rams (Charlotte, NC), 76-21 in a league match.
With the victory, Chambers advances its record to 2-8 on the year. The Cougars travel to Hopewell (Huntersville, NC) to face the Titans in a 3A/4A Queen City match on Tuesday, January 7. The Titans enter the match with a record of 2-9. Hopewell lost 71-36 in their recent league match against West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC)
The Rams now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mallard Creek for a 3A/4A Queen City match on Tuesday, January 7. Harding University will face a Mavericks squad coming off a 54-52 league win over North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Mavericks record now stands at 11-2.
