Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Upper Merion Area bests Pottstown

January 3, 2025: King of Prussia, PA 19406

The Upper Merion Area Vikings basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Pottstown Trojans to 44 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Owen J. Roberts for a Pioneer game on Tuesday, January 7. Upper Merion Area will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 37-30 non-league loss to Unionville (Kennett Square, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-9.

With the loss, Pottstown falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Boyertown (Boyertown, PA) to confront the Bears in a Pioneer game on Tuesday, January 7. The Bears go into the game with a record of 4-6.
