Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Pottsgrove thwarts Pottstown

December 10, 2024: Pottstown, PA 19464

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Pottsgrove Falcons (Pottsgrove, PA) and the host Pottstown Trojans (Pottstown, PA), observed Pottsgrove's basketball team knock off Pottstown by a score of 36-24.

The Falcons (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Norristown (Norristown, PA). The Eagles come into the Pioneer challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Norristown dropped by Upper Merion Area (King of Prussia, PA), 49-21, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Trojans encounter the Upper Perkiomen Indians (Pennsburg, PA) in a Pioneer challenge, on Thursday, December 12. Pottstown will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 48-10 league loss to Pope John Paul II (Royersford, PA).
