In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Pottsgrove Falcons basketball team scored a close 41-38 win over the Norristown Eagles.

The Falcons (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Upper Merion Area (King of Prussia, PA). The Vikings come into the Pioneer contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, Upper Merion Area was tipped by Pope John Paul II (Royersford, PA), 47-28, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Upper Perkiomen Indians (Pennsburg, PA) in a Pioneer contest, on Thursday, January 23. Norristown will attempt to better on its 0-16 season record. The Indians come into the contest with a 5-11 record after their 36-28 league win over Pottstown (Pottstown, PA).
