January 4, 2023: Canton, GA 30115 In Wednesday's league outing, the Creekview Grizzlies (Canton, GA) basketball squad beat the visiting Woodstock Wolverines (Woodstock, GA), by a count of 56-39.
The Grizzlies (5-10) will now prepare for their outing against Cherokee (Canton, GA). The Warriors go into the non-league outing with a 11-2 record. In their last outing, Cherokee defeated South Forsyth (Cumming, GA), 67-48, in a non-league outing.
The Wolverines now hold a 3-14 record. They play next when they host Allatoona for a AAAAAA Region 6 outing on Friday, January 6. Woodstock will clash with a Buccaneers squad coming off a 71-44 league loss to Sequoyah (Canton, GA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 5-10.
