The Douglas Bulldogs topped the visiting Sahuarita Mustangs basketball team by a final score of 67-56 in Thursday's league game.

In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Walden Grove Red Wolves (Sahuarita, AZ) in a 4A Gila game, on Monday, January 8. Douglas will attempt to move on its 17-3 season record. The Red Wolves enter the game with a 2-10 record after their 68-22 league loss to Rio Rico (Rio Rico, AZ).
