The South Adams Starfires basketball squad (Berne, IN), was outscored 59-43 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Northfield Norsemen (Wabash, IN)

With the victory, Northfield advances its record to 5-4 on the year. The Norsemen travel to North Miami (Denver, IN) to meet the Warriors in a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 7. The Warriors enter the battle with a record of 4-4. North Miami won 60-31 in their recent league battle against Oregon-Davis (Hamlet, IN)
