Maine High School Basketball - Falmouth holds off Gorham
January 5, 2023: Gorham, ME 04038 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Falmouth Navigators (Falmouth, ME) and the host Gorham Rams (Gorham, ME), saw Falmouth's basketball squad hold off Gorham by a tally of 60-56.
With the victory, Falmouth improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Navigators travel to Morse (Bath, ME) to confront the Shipbuilders in a A South challenge on Saturday, January 7. The Shipbuilders come into the challenge with a record of 1-7. Morse lost 51-42 in their recent league challenge against Brunswick (Brunswick, ME)
Next up, the Rams confront the Bonny Eagle Scots (Standish, ME) in a AA South challenge, on Saturday, January 7. Gorham will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Scots come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 47-40 non-league win over Westbrook (Westbrook, ME).
