The Southern Alamance Patriots (Graham, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC), 55-48 in Friday's league test.

The Patriots (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Person (Roxboro, NC). The Rockets go into the 3A Central test with a 9-3 record. In their last test, Person was tipped by Northern Durham (Durham, NC), 58-43, in a non-league test.
