The Frederick Golden Eagles (Frederick, CO) basketball crushed the visiting Roosevelt Roughriders (Johnstown, CO), 102-42 in Friday's league test.

The Golden Eagles (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Riverdale Ridge (Thornton, CO). The Ravens go into the 5A/4A Longs Peak test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Riverdale Ridge walloped Thompson Valley (Loveland, CO), 68-47, in a league test.

The Roughriders now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they host Mountain View for a 5A/4A Longs Peak test on Tuesday, January 9. Roosevelt will encounter a Mountain Lions squad coming off a 55-54 non-league win over Berthoud (Berthoud, CO). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 2-4.
