The St. Joseph Catholic Eagles (Bryan, TX) basketball felled the host Covenant Christian Cougars (Conroe, TX), 43-28 in Friday's league test.

The Eagles (12-2) will now prepare for their test against Allen Academy (Bryan, TX). The Rams go into the TAPPS 2A District 6 test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, Allen Academy was beaten by Brazos Christian (Bryan, TX), 66-31, in a non-league test.
