The St. Joseph Catholic Eagles basketball team (Bryan, TX), was overwhelmed 45-23 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Covenant Christian Cougars (Conroe, TX)

The Cougars now possess a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Port Aransas for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 2. Covenant Christian will confront a Marlins team coming off a 35-15 non-league win over Round Top-Carmine (Carmine, TX). The Marlins record now stands at 4-3.

The Eagles (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Central Texas Christian (Temple, TX). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record.
