The Culpeper County Blue Devils basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting James Monroe Yellow Jackets to 40 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Friday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Caroline for a non-league contest on Friday, January 12.

The Yellow Jackets (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA). The Cougars enter the contest with a 8-0 record. In their last contest, Courtland triumphed over Chancellor (Fredericksburg, VA), 34-31, in a league contest.
