The Triton Hawks (Erwin, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Westover Wolverines (Fayetteville, NC), 35-34 in Friday's league test.

The Hawks (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Western Harnett (Lillington, NC). The Eagles go into the test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Western Harnett was tipped by Overhills (Spring Lake, NC), 68-30, in a non-league test.
