January 6, 2022: Windsor, CT 06095 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Northwest Catholic Lions (West Hartford, CT) and the host Windsor Warriors (Windsor, CT), saw Northwest Catholic's basketball squad hold off Windsor by a tally of 81-80.
With the victory, Northwest Catholic improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Lions host New Britain (New Britain, CT) to confront the Golden Hurricanes in a Central Connecticut - West Colonial challenge on Tuesday, January 11. The Golden Hurricanes come into the challenge with a record of 2-5. New Britain lost 58-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Weaver (Hartford, CT)
Next up, the Warriors confront the East Catholic Eagles (Manchester, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 11. Windsor will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 69-56 league win over Manchester (Manchester, CT).
