January 4, 2022: Glastonbury, CT 06033 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Northwest Catholic Lions (West Hartford, CT) and the host Glastonbury Tomahawks (Glastonbury, CT), saw Northwest Catholic's basketball squad wallop Glastonbury by a count of 65-36.
With the victory, Northwest Catholic upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Windsor (Windsor, CT) to play the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 6. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 6-0. Windsor won 107-58 in their recent non-league challenge against Wethersfield (Wethersfield, CT)
Next up, the Tomahawks play the Manchester Red Hawks (Manchester, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 7. Glastonbury will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Red Hawks come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 73-59 non-league loss to RHAM (Hebron, CT).
