The Meridian Hawks (Macon, IL) basketball knocked off the host Central A & M Raiders (Moweaqua, IL), 51-34 in Friday's league test.

The Hawks (1-13) will now prepare for their test against Argenta-Oreana (Argenta, IL). The Bombers go into the non-league test with a 5-9 record. In their last test, Argenta-Oreana went down by Cerro Gordo/Bement (Cerro Gordo, IL), 57-54, in a league test.
