Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Sutton Sammies (Sutton, MA) and the visiting Nipmuc Regional Warriors (Upton, MA), saw Sutton's basketball squad knock off Nipmuc Regional by a count of 42-32.

With the victory, Sutton upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Sammies travel to Douglas (Douglas, MA) to play the Tigers in a Dual Valley challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Douglas won 71-47 in their recent league challenge against Blackstone-Millville (Blackstone, MA)

Next up, the Warriors play the Hopedale Blue Raiders (Hopedale, MA) in a Dual Valley challenge, on Wednesday, January 11. Nipmuc Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Blue Raiders come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 56-34 league win over Whitinsville Christian (Whitinsville, MA).
