Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Bison Cardinals (Bison, SD) and the visiting Philip Scotties (Philip, SD), saw Bison's basketball squad wallop Philip by a tally of 59-35.

With the victory, Bison improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Jones County (Murdo, SD) to play the Coyotes in a B Region 7 challenge on Saturday, January 7. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Jones County lost 48-45 in their recent league challenge against Wall (Wall, SD)
