January 6, 2024: Addison, IL 60101 The Addison Trail Blazers basketball team (Addison, IL), was overwhelmed 75-49 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Wheeling Wildcats (Wheeling, IL)
The Wildcats now possess a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hoffman Estates for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 9. Wheeling will battle a Hawks team coming off a 70-62 non-league win over Willowbrook (Villa Park, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 11-6.
The Blazers (6-11) will now prepare for their battle against Proviso East (Maywood, IL). The Pirates come into the West Suburban - Gold battle with a 7-6 record. In their last battle, Proviso East was overwhelmed by Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL), 64-63, in a non-league battle.
