Illinois High School Basketball - Orion overwhelms Brimfield
January 6, 2024: Orion, IL 61273 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Orion Chargers (Orion, IL) and the visiting Brimfield Indians (Brimfield, IL), saw Orion's basketball squad wallop Brimfield by a count of 58-34.
With the victory, Orion upgrades its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Rock Falls (Rock Falls, IL) to play the Rockets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Rockets come into the challenge with a record of 12-6. Rock Falls won 59-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Freeport (Freeport, IL)
Next up, the Indians play the Roanoke-Benson/Eureka Rockets (Eureka, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Brimfield will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record.
