The Kardinals now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to University for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 6. Kearny will confront a Phoenix team coming off a 47-44 non-league win over Verona (Verona, NJ). The Phoenix record now stands at 2-5.
The Generals (0-7) will now prepare for their battle against Lincoln (Jersey City, NJ). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 0-6 record. In their last battle, Lincoln was overwhelmed by St. Peter's Prep (Jersey City, NJ), 60-9, in a league battle.
