The West Charlotte Lions basketball team (Charlotte, NC), was toppled 70-60 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Victory Christian Center Kings (Charlotte, NC)

The Kings now possess a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winston-Salem Christian for a non-league battle on Monday, January 8. Victory Christian Center will confront a Lions team coming off a 58-45 non-league loss to Cardinal Newman (Columbia, SC). The Lions record now stands at 3-7.
