January 6, 2024: Euclid, OH 44123 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Mentor Cardinals (Mentor, OH) and the host Euclid Panthers (Euclid, OH), saw Mentor's basketball squad wallop Euclid by a tally of 70-32.
With the victory, Mentor improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to St. Joseph Academy (Cleveland, OH) to play the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 8. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 7-5. St. Joseph Academy won 74-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Villa Angela-St. Joseph (Cleveland, OH)
Next up, the Panthers play the Mayfield Wildcats (Mayfield, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 8. Euclid will attempt to improve on its 3-8 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 42-30 non-league loss to Hoover (North Canton, OH).
