The Germantown Friends (Philadelphia, PA) varsity basketball team won Saturday's home non-conference game against Jenkintown (PA) by a score of 42-21.
The Germantown Friends basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting Jenkintown Drakes to 21 in the non-league triumph on Saturday.
The now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Friends Select for a Friends Schools contest on Tuesday, January 9.
The Drakes (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against The Christian Academy (Brookhaven, PA). The enter the Bicentennial - Constitution contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, The Christian Academy was routed by Calvary Christian Academy (Philadelphia, PA), 30-18, in a league contest.
