The Red Lion Lions basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the host Shippensburg Greyhounds to 54 in the Lions non-league victory on Saturday.

The Lions now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Western for a York-Adams 1 contest on Tuesday, January 9.

The Greyhounds (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA). The Mustangs come into the Mid-Penn - Colonial contest with a 4-2 record.
