With the victory, Hackberry upgrades its record to 12-12 on the year. The Mustangs host Gueydan (Gueydan, LA) to face the Bears in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 7. The Bears enter the match with a record of 3-11. Gueydan won 44-41 in their recent non-league match against Delcambre (Delcambre, LA)
The Lions now sport a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westlake for a non-league match on Wednesday, January 8. Vinton will face a Rams squad coming off a 70-65 non-league win over Hornbeck (Hornbeck, LA). The Rams record now stands at 10-3.
