The West Forsyth Titans basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Parkland Mustangs to 57 in the Titans non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Titans now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host R.J. Reynolds for a Central Piedmont 4A contest on Friday, January 15.
The Mustangs (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Grimsley (Greensboro, NC). The Whirlies enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Grimsley ran past Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC), 53-0, in a non-league contest.
