The Pensacola Catholic Crusaders basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Central Jaguars to 50 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Crusaders now sport a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pace for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 10. Pensacola Catholic will meet a Patriots team coming off a 56-42 non-league loss to Jay (Jay, FL). The Patriots record now stands at 6-8.

The Jaguars (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against West Florida Baptist Academy (Milton, FL). The Conquerors enter the non-league contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, West Florida Baptist Academy nudged Calvary Christian Academy (Fort Walton Beach, FL), 44-33, in a league contest.
