Pace Patriots (Pace, FL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Central Jaguars (Milton, FL), 53-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Pace upgrades its record to 9-8 on the season. The Patriots travel to Escambia (Pensacola, FL) to clash with the Gators in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 19. The Gators go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Escambia lost 69-43 in their recent non-league bout against Gulf Breeze (Gulf Breeze, FL)

Next up, the Jaguars clash with the Laurel Hill Hoboes (Laurel Hill, FL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record. The Hoboes go into the bout with a 2-9 record after their 60-35 non-league loss to Rocky Bayou Christian (Niceville, FL).
