January 7, 2025: Warren, MI 48089 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Lincoln Abes (Warren, MI) and the visiting Port Huron Northern Huskies (Port Huron, MI), observed Lincoln's basketball team knock off Port Huron Northern by a score of 74-58.
The Abes (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Chippewa Valley (Clinton Township, MI). The Big Reds come into the Macomb Area - Red challenge with a 10-1 record. In their last challenge, Chippewa Valley prevailed over Dakota (Macomb, MI), 56-37, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Huskies encounter the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils (Grosse Pointe, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 9. Port Huron Northern will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 53-38 league loss to Roseville (Roseville, MI).
