North Carolina High School Basketball - North Davidson crushes Montgomery Central

January 7, 2025: Troy, NC 27371

The North Davidson Black Knights (Lexington, NC) basketball crushed the host Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC), 79-41 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Black Knights now possess a 8-5 record. They play next when they host Oak Grove for a 3A Mid-Piedmont bout on Thursday, January 9. North Davidson will play a Grizzlies team coming off a 59-48 league win over Asheboro (Asheboro, NC). The Grizzlies record now stands at 8-3.

With the loss, Montgomery Central falls to 0-13 on the campaign. The Timberwolves host Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC) to play the Grizzlies in a 3A Mid-Piedmont bout on Friday, January 17.
