The Cypress Springs Panthers basketball squad scored 82 points and held the host Waller Bulldogs to 27 in the Panthers league victory on Tuesday.

Next, the Panthers clash with the Cypress Lakes Spartans (Katy, TX) in a 6A Region II District 16 outing, on Friday, January 10. Cypress Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 19-3 season record. The Spartans enter the outing with a 17-7 record after their 43-38 league win over Langham Creek (Houston, TX).
