January 8, 2024: Fayetteville, AR 72703 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the The New School Cougars (Fayetteville, AR) and the visiting County Line Indians (Branch, AR), saw The New School's basketball squad overcome County Line by a tally of 61-51.
With the victory, The New School improves its record to 17-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to St. Paul (St. Paul, AR) to play the Saints in a 1A Region 1 West challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Saints come into the challenge with a record of 6-7. St. Paul lost 72-42 in their recent league challenge against Ozark Catholic Academy (Springdale, AR)
Next up, the Indians play the Thaden Barnstormer (Bentonville, AR) in a 1A Region 1 West challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. County Line will attempt to improve on its 14-10 season record.
