New Jersey High School Basketball - Cresskill can't hold off Emerson
January 8, 2024: Emerson, NJ 07630 The Emerson Cavaliers basketball team scored 41 points and restricted the visiting Cresskill Cougars to 40 in the Cavaliers league victory on Monday.
The Cavaliers now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridgefield Memorial for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 10.
The Cougars (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Dwight-Englewood (Englewood, NJ). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Dwight-Englewood edged New Milford (New Milford, NJ), 67-40, in a league contest.
