New Jersey High School Basketball - Cresskill holds off Midland Park
January 17, 2024: Cresskill, NJ 07626 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Cresskill Cougars (Cresskill, NJ) and the visiting Midland Park Panthers (Midland Park, NJ), saw Cresskill's basketball squad hold off Midland Park by a tally of 63-59.
With the victory, Cresskill improves its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Park Ridge (Park Ridge, NJ) to confront the Owls in a Northwest Jersey - Patriot B challenge on Friday, January 19. The Owls come into the challenge with a record of 9-5. Park Ridge won 53-46 in their recent league challenge against Emerson (Emerson, NJ)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Indian Hills Braves (Oakland, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 20. Midland Park will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record.
