Ledford Panthers (Thomasville, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Wheatmore Warriors (Trinity, NC), 84-47 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Ledford upgrades its record to 12-1 on the year. The Panthers travel to Asheboro (Asheboro, NC) to face the Blue Comets in a 3A Mid-Piedmont match on Friday, January 17. The Blue Comets enter the match with a record of 9-5. Asheboro lost 58-46 in their recent league match against Central Davidson (Lexington, NC)
