January 9, 2023: Grayslake, IL 60030 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Grayslake North Knights (Grayslake, IL) and the visiting Woodstock North Thunder (Woodstock, IL), saw Grayslake North's basketball squad overcome Woodstock North by a tally of 49-36.
With the victory, Grayslake North improves its record to 13-6 on the campaign. The Knights host North Chicago (North Chicago, IL) to confront the Warhawks in a Northern Lake County challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Warhawks come into the challenge with a record of 0-9. North Chicago lost 58-19 in their recent league challenge against Grayslake Central (Grayslake, IL)
Next up, the Thunder confront the Harvard Hornets (Harvard, IL) in a Kishwaukee River challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Woodstock North will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 1-11 record after their 45-11 league loss to Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL).
