Washington High School Basketball - Mountain View overwhelms Evergreen
January 9, 2024: Vancouver, WA 98683 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Mountain View Thunder (Vancouver, WA) and the visiting Evergreen Plainsmen (Vancouver, WA), saw Mountain View's basketball squad wallop Evergreen by a tally of 63-39.
With the victory, Mountain View improves its record to 5-9 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to Prairie (Vancouver, WA) to play the Falcons in a 3A Greater St. Helens challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 7-6.
Next up, the Plainsmen play the Battle Ground Tigers (Battle Ground, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 11. Evergreen will attempt to improve on its 8-5 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 70-56 league loss to Camas (Camas, WA).
