Lowell Red Devils (Lowell, IN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Knox Redskins (Knox, IN), 54-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lowell upgrades its record to 3-11 on the season. The Red Devils host Lake Central (St. John, IN) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 13-0.

Next up, the Redskins play the LaVille Lancers (Lakeville, IN) in a Hoosier North bout, on Friday, January 12. Knox will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Lancers go into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 56-45 non-league loss to Tippecanoe Valley (Akron, IN).
