January 9, 2024: Owatonna, MN 55060 Owatonna Huskies (Owatonna, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting John Marshall Rockets (Rochester, MN), 69-51 in a league bout.
With the win, Owatonna upgrades its record to 5-8 on the season. The Huskies host Albert Lea (Albert Lea, MN) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 11. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 0-14. Albert Lea lost 67-31 in their recent non-league bout against Northfield (Northfield, MN)
Next up, the Rockets play the Winona Winhawks (Winona, MN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 11. John Marshall will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Winhawks go into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 61-47 league loss to Byron (Byron, MN).
