The Desert Hot Springs Golden Eagles bounced the visiting Cathedral City Lions basketball squad by a final score of 67-20 in Thursday's league outing.

Next, the Golden Eagles face the Desert Mirage RAMS (Thermal, CA) in a Sun Valley outing, on Tuesday, January 14. Desert Hot Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The RAMS enter the outing with a 5-11 record after their 62-37 non-league loss to Desert Chapel (Palm Springs, CA).
