The Cathedral City Lions nipped the visiting Desert Mirage RAMS basketball squad by a final score of 50-44 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Lions clash with the Yucca Valley Trojans (Yucca Valley, CA) in a Desert Valley outing, on Tuesday, December 17. Cathedral City will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Trojans enter the outing with a 0-7 record after their 77-37 non-league loss to Palm Desert (Palm Desert, CA).
