The Memorial Red Devils (Campbell, OH) basketball edged the host McDonald Blue Devils (McDonald, OH), 55-54 in Thursday's league bout.

The Red Devils now possess a 10-2 record. They play next when they host John F. Kennedy Catholic for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 11. Memorial will play a Eagles team coming off a 73-48 non-league loss to Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 7-3.
