North Carolina High School Basketball - Challenger falls to Pinnacle Classical Academy

January 10, 2024: Hickory, NC 28602

In Wednesday's league match, the visiting Pinnacle Classical Academy Eagles basketball team scored a good 52-43 triumph over the Challenger Firebirds.

In their next game, the Eagles meet the Lake Lure Classical Academy Raptors (Lake Lure, NC) in a Western Piedmont match, on Friday, January 12. Pinnacle Classical Academy will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record. The Raptors enter the match with a 11-2 record after their 63-46 non-league win over University Christian (Hickory, NC).

With the defeat, Challenger moves to 3-8 on the year. The Firebirds travel to Christian Family Academy (Hickory, NC) to meet the Fire in a Western Piedmont match on Tuesday, January 16. The Fire enter the match with a record of 8-1. Christian Family Academy lost 83-49 in their recent league match against Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC)
