New York High School Basketball - Utica Academy of Science triumphant over Adirondack

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Utica Academy of Science Atoms (Utica, NY) and the visiting Adirondack Wildcats (Boonville, NY), observed Utica Academy of Science's basketball team overwhelm Adirondack by a margin of 71-46.

The Atoms (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Little Falls (Little Falls, NY). The Mounties come into the Section 3 Center State I challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Little Falls trounced Herkimer (Herkimer, NY), 59-57, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Sherburne-Earlville Marauders (Sherburne, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 13. Adirondack will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Marauders come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 59-30 league loss to Mt. Markham (West Winfield, NY).
